The map
Not sure if you're inside it?
The map shows roughly where we work. The edges aren't hard lines, and if your property sits near one, the quickest way to find out is to call and ask.
If it turns out we're not the right company for your job, we'll tell you so and point you to someone who is.

FAQ
Common questions about our service area
Do you charge more to come out to rural properties?
No. There's no separate rural rate anywhere inside our normal service area, whether you're in town or on an acreage at the end of a long gravel road. Our after-hours callout fee is higher than our daytime rate, but before we send anybody out, we'll give you an accurate idea of what it's going to cost you.
How quickly can you get to me?
We can't guarantee a set callout time. It depends on where you are, the roads, and whether we're already out on another emergency. What we will do is give you an accurate ETA when you call, and let you know if anything changes.
Do you work on properties with a well and septic?
Yes, all the time. Outside the towns most properties run their own well, pressure tank and septic system, and those are systems we work on every week. We handle the plumbing side of a septic system, from the drains to the tank, and we're happy to work alongside your septic contractor on the rest.
My town isn't listed. Will you still come out?
Call and ask. If you're on the edge of the area, there's a good chance we already work near you. If we're not the right company for the job, we'll tell you so and point you to someone who is.
Wherever you are in the Shuswap, call us first.
Free estimates, no obligation, and we'll tell you straight whether the job's urgent or whether it can wait.
