Plumbing Services in Salmon Arm and the Shuswap
Whether you've got a drip, a leak, or a fixture that needs putting in, we're here to keep your water running where it's supposed to be.
Repairs
What's leaking, dripping, or not quite right?
Most calls start with something that's just a little off. These are the repairs we do most:
- Leaking pipes, joints, and shutoff valves
- Toilets that run, rock, or leak at the base
- Dripping faucets and stiff handles
- Low water pressure, at one tap or the whole house
- Showers that swing hot and cold when another tap opens
- Garburators that hum but won't turn
When we fix a leak, we check the pipe on either side of it too. A joint that has failed once is often the first of several, and we'd rather find the next one now than have your ceiling find it for us.
Installs
New fixtures and appliance hookups
Renovating, replacing, or just done looking at that faucet from 1987? We install:
- Toilets, faucets, sinks, showers, and tubs
- Garburators and frost-free outdoor taps
- Dishwashers, fridge water lines, and washing machines
Everything goes in with a shutoff you can actually reach. If the flange or valve underneath has corroded, we replace it while everything is already open.
Bigger jobs
The bigger plumbing jobs
Some work deserves a page of its own:
- Poly-B replacement. Grey pipe stamped PB2110 went into a lot of homes here from the late 1970s through the 1990s, and more insurers now want it gone before they'll renew. We replace it with PEX.
- Drains and sewer camera inspection. Slow drains cleared properly. For the ones that keep coming back, we run a camera down the line so you see the problem before anyone talks about digging.
- Water heaters. Tank and tankless, repaired and replaced, and sized to how much hot water your household really uses.
- Renovations and new builds. Rough-in before the walls close, fixtures once the room is finished, and a schedule that works with your other trades.

Common questions
How much does a plumber cost in Salmon Arm?
It depends on the job, and a number guessed over the phone doesn't help anyone. What we can promise is this: the estimate is free, and you get the price before any work starts. If the job means buying expensive equipment, like a new water heater, financing is available through Financeit.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Our plumbing work is led by a Red Seal plumber with more than 20 years of experience under his belt, and Ecoflow is a licensed gas contractor with Technical Safety BC, licence LGA0209457.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Our workmanship is covered for one year. New fixtures, water heaters, and pipe also come with the manufacturer's own warranty, and we'll tell you what yours covers before we install it.
Do you do emergency plumbing?
Yes, day or night. Burst and frozen pipes, sewage backing up, a water heater that's let go: call (250) 832-5846 any time.
